and why do we spend so much money on toys? especially electronic toys? Looks like your kiddos enjoyed an afternoon of being kids. This is the way life should be.
I agree Danielle...life was very simple when I grew up. At Christmas we got one toy...ONE toy - which didn't require batteries!! That lasted us until a birthday or the next Christmas! Of course, that was A LOOONNNNGGG TIME ago!! :) I'm so glad my 4 youngest grandkids love to be outdoors and enjoy exploring,and dirt,and bugs,and trees...And I LOVE that my parent "kids" enjoy doing that with them.
